The estate of Joey Ramone has agreed to sell a stake of the punk legend’s music publishing rights for $10 million. The acquisition was part of a larger $2 billion partnership between independent publisher Primary Wave Music and investment company Brookfield Asset Management, the Wall Street Journal reports.
