Jelly Roll is a hot commodity in country music right now, and his phone notifications are proof!

The country star took to social media to confess just how many unread text messages are on his phone right now … it’s a lot.

“I’ve got almost 1000 unread messages on my phone right now,” he writes on X.

This means every time Jelly Roll unlocks his phone, he has a big red bubble with a very large number on it staring him down. However, he says he won’t be diving into those threads anytime soon — he won’t even skim them to see if his own mother has tried to contact him!

“Somebody tell my Mom I’m sorry if she’s one of those messages,” he writes. “I’ll read em all when I get home in December.”

Fans Want Jelly Roll to Make Time for His Mom!

After his public apology — which was likely in jest — fans offered up some advice and suggestions for Jelly Roll to stay connected to the people who matter most.

“Gotta set up that special text notification for the mom!” one says.

“It’s time to get a second number just for your family and inner circle,” someone suggests.

“Just call her,” a wise fan offers up.

The “I Am Not Okay” singer’s schedule is packed at the moment, but it should loosen up in December after his Beautifully Broken Tour wraps. His final show is set for Nov. 23 in Jacksonville, Fla.

That will get him home just in time for the holidays — with mom, preferably.
