Ariana Grande Seen at Brother’s Performance of Rocky Horror in First Appearance Since Official Divorce
On Friday evening, Ariana Grande made her first public appearance since she finalized her divorce from ex-husband Dalton Gomez. The Wicked star headed to New Hope, Pennsylvania, to see her brother Frankie perform at Bucks County Playhouse. The local theater was putting on a production of The Rocky Horror Show and Frankie played the starring role of Frank-N-Furter.
She posed with some of the cast and crew backstage. In the photos, Grande is in a black baseball cap and black tank top with a white denim skirt with a thigh slit, white pointed-toe boots, and an oversized cream-colored jacket.
In her ears were a pair of diamond studs, and she wore a smokey eye with a glossy pink lip. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a low ponytail. Over her shoulder was a brown cross-body bag and in a closer photo, her French manicure is visible.
Grande and Gomez reached a settlement in accordance with their prenup last week. Gomez will not receive spousal support, but he is entitled to $1.25 million as well as half the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles house.
Their marriage ended earlier this year after several attempts at reconciliation. Grande went on to date her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater, who also divorced his wife, Lilly Jay, this year. A source speaking with Entertainment Tonight said Slater and Grande are currently “on the same page” and “still very excited about their relationship.”
“Ariana thinks Ethan is ridiculously talented, likes that they can relate to each other and that he challenges her, artistically speaking,” the insider added. “Ethan wants the best for Ariana and for themselves as a couple. They support and elevate one another.”
The source stated that he is “invested in developing his relationship with Ariana and her family” while still being “a hands-on dad.”
The source continued, “Ariana’s family is of course, protective of her, but as long as she is happy and treated well, they will continue to support their relationship.”
