‘Choo-Choo Charles’ Gets a Physical Release This May for the PS5

Choo-Choo Charles fans looking for a physical version of the Two Star Games hit are in luck, as Wales Interactive has announce a team-up with Curveball and Two Star Games give the open world Survival Horror title a physical boxed edition for the PlayStation 5. The physical edition of the game will launch on May 30 with pre-order information coming soon.

“We’ve always had a passion for publishing standout horror experiences, and Choo-Choo Charles is the perfect addition to our label,” says David Banner, Co-founder and Managing Director at Wales Interactive. “This project encapsulates everything we love about the genre—creativity, atmosphere, and pure, unfiltered terror. [Gavin Eisenbeisz of Two Star Games] created something truly special, and it’s been a fantastic experience collaborating with him and the team at Curveball to bring this game to horror fans around the globe in a physical format.”

Just in case you’ve never experienced the game before (or missed reading Harrison’s review), the game sees you facing off against the terrifying Charles, a monstrous train with an insatiable hunger for destruction. In order to do so, you’ll need to upgrade your own train by performing tasks for the local townspeople. All the while, you’ll need to avoid Charles until you’re ready to face him.

In addition to the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, Choo-Choo Charles is also available on the Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
