Bose is celebrating its diamond anniversary in style — on Monday, the brand unveiled its new Diamond Collection, decking out three products from its Ultra line in a lustrous silver-white colorway. The Diamond collection comprises the QuietComfort Ultra headphones, QuietComfort Ultra earbuds, and the Ultra Open earbuds. The new colorway retails for the same price as the standard colors and can be purchased exclusively at Bose.com.
Purchasing any of the Diamond variants also automatically enters the customer in a giveaway for a diamond-encrusted version of the Ultra Open Earbuds, valued at nearly $9,000. The giveaway ends on September 16.

The brand was founded in 1964 by Amar Bose and made a name for itself in home and auto speakers. Bose launched the QuietComfort line of noise-canceling headphones in 2000, but its first pair of true wireless earbuds didn’t launch until 2020, two decades later.
With the Ultra line, Bose tweaked the design of their existing headphones, subtly improving the aesthetic, sound, and noise-canceling performance. The QuietComfort Ultra headphones are the successor to the long-running QuietComfort line, while the QC Ultra earbuds follow the QC earbuds II, first released in 2022.
The Bose Ultra Open earbuds are a foray into new territory for the brand; the open-ear design features a cuff that clips around the ear, leaving the ear canal open for those who prefer to stay aware.
Bose is also running a Labor Day sale; shoppers can save on the QuietComfort Ultra headphones and earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, and more, though the new Diamond collection isn’t included in the sale.
