Woman Arrested For What She Did With A Plate of Ravioli

As defined in Webster’s Dictionary, ravioli is pasta in the form of little cases of dough containing a savory filling (as of meat or cheese). Even if you read that over and over, you won’t find the word weapon in the definition.

For one angry 21-year-old woman, though, ravioli became a weapon when she assaulted her sister during a dispute over food.

Woman Arrested After Assaulting Sister With Plate of Ravioli

According to the report, Nakhia Davis was fired up to learn that her sister, who had just received a meal delivery, was not going to share her food order with her.

So, she did what any angry sibling who was shorted would do: got herself arrested.

Davis was so upset that her sister wouldn’t share the food with her that she grabbed a plate of ravioli and chucked it at her sister, hitting her.

Davis’ sister called 911. The actual police report is really in-depth and reads:

“The defendant got mad at her blood-related sister who she lives with after her sister (victim) brought home food. When the sister (victim) didn’t allow the defendant to have any food, the defendant threw a plate of raviolis at the victim. The defendant admitted to throwing the raviolis and the incident was witnessed by the victims boyfriend. The victim still had sauce from the raviolis on her when your affiant arrived on the scene.”

Davis was charged with domestic battery and actually had to spend a night in the slammer. She also has been told to not have any contact with her sister.

This is going to make for some interesting Thanksgiving table talk.
