You Won’t Believe Gretchen Wilson’s Incredible Real Estate!

Gretchen Wilson is best-known as country music’s official “Redneck Woman,” but she sure doesn’t live like it! The country singer has owned some pretty incredible upscale homes over the years, as you’ll see in the pictures below.

Wilson previously owned a massive, 360-acre rural estate in Wilson County, Tenn., that she shared with her daughter, a beloved uncle and some other family members, but she sold that residence in 2011 after her uncle’s death.

She went on to purchase a 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 6,970-square-foot mansion near the Nashville airport, which she then listed for sale in 2016, asking $1.7 million.

Wilson sold that property for $2.1 million in 2021, then moved into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,225-square-foot home in rural Tennessee. She lived in that luxurious home until she listed it for $625,000 in May of 2024.

The singer sold that house quickly, getting $630,000 in a deal that closed on July 11. It’s unclear where she’s currently living, but don’t be surprised if she lists yet another stunning home for sale in the next few years, as real estate appears to have become a lucrative sideline to her music career.

Wilson has been back in the spotlight in a major way in 2024, making multiple appearances at CMA Fest and undertaking a tour with fellow Muzik Mafia veterans Big & Rich that marks 20 years since they rose to prominence in Nashville’s country music scene.

Wilson also has a new single out titled “Little Miss Runner Up.”
