Blake Lively Confirms She Gave Birth to Her and Ryan Reynolds’ Fourth Child

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ growing family now has six members after Lively welcomed the couple’s newest little one. They confirmed the news in a subtle way, with Lively sharing a photo of herself visibly not pregnant with Reynolds and his mother on Super Bowl Sunday. “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023🥘 🍲 🥧 been busy,” she wrote. People also reported that Lively welcomed her fourth child.

The couple has not revealed their baby’s name or gender.

Reynolds and Lively already have three daughters: James, 7, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.

Lively revealed her fourth pregnancy in September. She kept a very low profile throughout it and posted once about it on her Instagram. The actress shared personal photos of herself while expecting in order to deter the paparazzi trying to capture her and her family in their home.

“Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a 🦄 sighting will leave me alone,” she wrote. “You freak me and my kids out. Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children. You have all the power against them. And thank you to the media who have a ‘No Kids Policy’. You all make all the difference 🙏♥️. Much love! Xxb”

Reynolds spoke on the Today Show in the fall about how he and Lively chose to keep all their babies’ sexes a surprise. “I don’t know [the sex of the baby], we never find out ’til [they’re born],” Reynolds admitted. “I know girls, so I’m kind of hoping that, but I’m ready for whatever happens.”
