Pippa Middleton Has Given Birth to Her Third Child
It’s a girl!
Pippa Middleton and her husband, James Matthews, have welcomed their third child, a baby daughter, People reported.
The couple welcomed three-year-old son Arthur in October 2018, and later their first daughter, one-year-old Grace, in March 2021.
Pippa reportedly gave birth to all three of her kids in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s hospital, the same location where older sister Kate Middleton welcomed all three of her royal children with Prince William.
First going public with her third pregnancy at a concert for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee in early June, Pippa was photographed showing off her baby bump. Accompanied by her husband, brother James Middleton, and sister-in-law Alizée Thévenet, she glowed in a bright green dress with shirred detailing along the bust and sleeves.
Pippa married Matthews in a lavish May 2017 ceremony attended by royals including Prince William, Prince Harry, and Princess Beatrice.
Matthews works as the chief executive of Eden Rock Capital Management Group. His father is also Laird of Glen Affric, an estate in Scotland, and the couple will likely inherit the Laird and Lady titles, though it is currently uncertain if they will use them. Their children will not have aristocratic titles.
Pippa and Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton, previously opened up to Good Housekeeping UK about spending time with her grandkids. “I want to run down the hills, climb the trees and go through the tunnel at the playground,” she told the outlet. “As long as I am able to, that’s what I’ll be doing. I cook with them, I muck around dancing, we go on bike rides.”
