Inside Justin and Hailey Bieber’s Relationship Now and Hopes for ‘a Big Family Someday’
Hailey Bieber may no longer be discussing her marriage to Justin Bieber in interviews, but a source spoke to Entertainment Tonight for Valentine’s Day about their dynamic 3-plus years into being back together. Things are going well, the source said, and while the two aren’t having any babies this year, they plan to have a “big family” eventually.
“Hailey and Justin have been in a great place,” the source said. “They are closer than ever and have a really healthy, balanced, and supportive relationship. They’ve worked really hard on that, and it shows in how much closer they’ve gotten. They are super communicative and respectful of one another and make a constant effort to hear each other. That has been a transformational part of their relationship.”
Regarding their hopes of starting a family, the source added, “They want to have a big family someday. They both know what great parents they are going to be together. They both feel like part of their reason for being on earth was to be parents. It has been instilled in them since day one and they are looking forward to making that happen.”
Hailey spoke to WSJ Magazine earlier this month about why she and Justin aren’t planning to start a family this year. Hailey is modeling and launching her Rhode skincare business, and Justin is about to go on tour through March 2023.
“I think ideally in the next couple of years we would try. But there’s a reason they call it try, right?” she said. “You don’t know how long that process is ever going to take. Definitely no kids this year; that would be a little bit hectic, I think.”
She said that her timeline for motherhood changed as she realized her own aspirations. “There’s this thing that happens for women when you get married. Everybody always assumes it’s: First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby,” she continued. “Well, what about all the things I want to accomplish in my business? I think I had it ingrained in my head that I was going to want to have kids right away and I was going to want to have kids super, super young. Then I turned 25 and I’m like, I’m still super, super young!”
