Turn-Based Game ‘Arkham Horror: Mother’s Embrace’ Unlocks The Madness on March 23 For PC And Consoles
It was back in October that Asmodee Digital and developer Luckyhammers would be bringing their adaptation of the Arkham Horror board game franchise to video games. Well, Arkham Horror: Mother’s Embrace now has a release date of March 23rd for consoles and PC.
In fact, if you’ve been sitting on snagging Mother’s Embrace, but haven’t done so yet, you can still get the game on Steam for a generous 20% discount until the game’s launch.
For those who just walked in, Mother’s Embrace is an adaptation of the Arkham Horror board game franchise, which is an “investigation game served with turn-based combat”, and is set in the world of H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu mythos.
Taking place in 1926, a professor of astronomy is found dead in her mansion and everything indicates that she has been the victim of murder. Choose from 12 investigators from the Arkham Horror games, each with a unique set of skills, and assemble your team to shed the light over her mysterious death.
As the investigators get closer to their goal, your squad will have to face curious science, living nightmares, and a sinister cult with plans to bring about the end of everything.
Arkham Horror: Mother’s Embrace will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
