Emma Watson Debuts a Bob While Out With Her Boyfriend in Beverly Hills
Emma Watson has kept a very low profile over the last year, with the actress’s social media currently dormant (her career is not, rest assured). But Watson did debut a major hair change while out in Beverly Hills yesterday. Paparazzi photographed Watson with a brand-new bob while leaving a tailor and stopping at Ferrarini Cafe with her boyfriend Leo Robinton. The two have been dating for over a year; they were first photographed kissing in London in October 2019.
Watson dressed comfortably, in a gray sweatshirt, black joggers, sandals, and a black mask. The outing was the first public sighting of Watson since her United Entertainment manager Jason Weinberg debunked rumors that she was retiring from acting. Entertainment Weekly got a statement from Weinberg, who said, “Emma’s social media accounts are dormant but her career isn’t.”

Beauty-wise, Watson had been wearing her hair longer for years, though this is not the shortest it has ever been. Watson famously had a pixie cut when she was 20 and had just finished filming the Harry Potter series.
“I didn’t get to experiment with dyeing and chopping off my hair like most teenagers,” she told Metro UK of the change then. “I also felt, right, I’m 20, I’m not a little girl any more. I’d been on Harry Potter for ten years so I needed to mark the end of it in some way. I needed a drastic change and that’s what the crop was all about.”
